The Millennium Challenge Account – Belize has several exciting opportunities available: Director – Social Analysis, Director – TVET Education, and Driver/Courier.
Position Objective – The Director of Social Analysis provides strategic and technical leadership to the MCA senior leaders and Project Directors, Managers, and Specialists, implementing partners, and project stakeholders to analyze and understand Belize’s social, cultural, political, and economic structures and dynamics that are likely to affect the viability and success of the Belize Compact.

Position Objective – The Director, TVET Education, under the guidance of the Managing Director, Education Project, is accountable for the successful implementation of education-related activities, including Training and Transitioning to Work, from initiation to execution, building collaborative relationships with project stakeholders, and overseeing project budgets. The Director, TVET Education ensures the alignment of project execution with the overall objectives of the Compact and the judicious management of its resources.

Position Objective – The Driver/Courier, under the supervision of the Administrative Manager, is responsible for courier tasks, driving office vehicles for official functions, and maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of the vehicles to support the office in its overall functioning.
