Please take note of these important information regarding your Booth:
- Failure to pay 50% of the selected booth(s) within 3 days of receiving an invoice will result in cancellation. Payment options to reserve the booth include an online deposit, cash at the counter, or a Purchase Order. The remaining 50% of the total payment should be made before or by Friday, August 7th.
- Electrical requests must be made by August 28, 2026. Any request made after this date will not be provided.
- All exhibitors must attend one of the Exhibitor Meetings held before the Expo. During these sessions, important information regarding Expo rules and policies, booth setup, logistics, and other key event details will be shared.
- Please carefully read and familiarize yourself with the Expo Rules and Policies before the meeting. Your participation and compliance with these guidelines will help ensure a smooth and successful Expo experience for all participants.
