Continue Reading »Public consultations on the 9th Amendment comes to an end on October 20, 2011. Having still a small window to continue the public discourse on this issue, I encourage you to use this venue to register your views/comments/opinions on the 9th Amendment. Of particular concern is the following excerpts from the Chamber’s press release:
“…if enacted, it allows the Legislature to have absolute power to amend the Constitution as long as it has 2/3rds – 3/4ths…
