Tacari - welcome
Welcome to the website of the TACARI project. The objective of TACARI is to promote trade between the Caribbean Community (CARICOM) and the European Union (EU). This is done by developing and improving the EU market access Business Development Services (BDS) of Intermediary Business Organisations (IBOs) in the CARICOM. These organisations include Chambers of Commerce and Industry, sector associations and export promotion agencies.
TACARI provides direct and customer made EU market access tech-nical assistance to these organisations. In addition, the TACARI partners have established an EU market access capacity building network which will continue to provide services and exchange ‘best EU market access practices’ after the project has ended.
On this project website you will find information about the EU market access Business Development Services (BDS) which have been deve-loped by the project partners and the project activities in 2007/2008.
