Transfer fees at Western Union agent locations in Belize

In Belize the Western Union Services are offered by the Belize Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Authorized Agent of Western Union. The Service is governed by regulations established by the Central Bank of Belize.

Each Western Union Money Transfer received in Belize is paid in local currency. Belize citizens must obtain Central Bank approval to send amounts of $500.00 USD or local equivalent.

NOTICE: BCCI/Western Union would like to inform all customers that effective May 24, 2013, no transaction will be redeemed without the MTCN. Customers must also present sender's name, origin,and amount.

The only valid ID that will be accepted are the Belize Social Security Card or Passport
