Total Quality Management: The Human Side Part

The Belize Chamber of Commerce and Industry is inviting its members and the general public to apply for a workshop entitled, "Total Quality Management: The Human Side, Part 1". This course will assist participants to to serve thier customers better and gain competetive advantage in the market place.
