The Belize Chamber of Commerce and Industry recently issued a press release dated Friday, August, 17, 2012 , entitled “ The Chamber’s Position on the Renegotiation of the Super Bond”, in which the BCCI “..urges the government to use any fiscal relief achieved through a renegotiated bond to introduce programs to stimulate and promote economic growth and investment.” On the same topic of the "Super Bond", Guardian Media Ltd. recently published an article entitled “Belize Private Sector Supports Renegotiation” in which there are references made about the Chamber’s decision to support the renegotiation of the “Super Bond”.
